How we chose them
We started with the celebrations families and schools mark most often through the year, plus the Isle of Man’s own Hop tu Naa. Christmas opened first.
Independent, not official
Our facts come from Encyclopaedia Britannica, the V&A, Historic England, Culture Vannin and others. traditions.im is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any of them.
How the network works
The list of sites lives in network.json. This page and sitemap-index.xml are built from it, and only open sites go into the sitemap index. Each traditions site has a link back here at the top of every page.
